Processing Time: The time required to complete a custom painting will depend on its size, complexity, and medium. Estimated timelines will be provided upon order confirmation. Any changes or revisions requested by the customer may extend the delivery time. Revisions and Approvals: A preview of the work-in-progress may be shared for approval before final completion. Minor revisions can be requested at this stage. Major revisions may incur additional charges depending on the extent of the changes. Cancellations and Refunds: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund (if applicable). After 24 hours, cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or an agreed portion of the payment. Custom artwork is non-refundable after completion, as each piece is made to your specifications. Delivery and Shipping: Delivery timelines will be confirmed once the painting is complete. Shipping costs will be included in the final price unless stated otherwise. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or external factors like customs for international orders. Damage in Transit: All paintings are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of damage during transit, the buyer must notify the seller within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the damage. Any claims after this period will not be accepted. Intellectual Property: The artist retains the copyright to the original artwork. The customer may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork without written permission. The artist reserves the right to use images of the custom artwork for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. Liability: The seller is not responsible for any allergic reactions or issues related to the materials used in the artwork (e.g., paints, varnishes, etc.). The customer assumes responsibility for the proper care and maintenance of the artwork once delivered. Force Majeure: The artist will not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen personal emergencies.
